A house with a balcony, good ventilation and lighting. It's nice to occasionally enjoy the view outside. 😏 Having an air conditioner seems quite rare, like in London, huh? 🪑 Furniture is available, just need to pack lightly. 🐷 Living by the river is great for taking leisurely strolls or going for a run. (Don't mention my love for staying indoors; I'm not really into exercising anyway.) Having a nearby train station makes it convenient for going to school or anywhere else. 🍉
