Why can I only find rooms available for the semester but not for the whole academic year?

Next to UQ, I'm really satisfied with this one. There's even an option for a double bed. All the common areas are free to use. If you have a workout routine, go ahead; they've got it all – including a multimedia room, gaming area, study corner, communal kitchen, gym, barbecue spot, and a rooftop terrace, just feel free to enjoy. It's a single room, and you can even cook in the room. The range hood works pretty well too.
