London 24fall Renting｜Sharing or 1b, so torn 😐 Urgent

The first four are a two-bedroom shared rental, $326 💰, and the ones at the back are one-bedroom, $500 💰😰. Both of them have good locations and conditions. Just a few steps out the door are the station and supermarkets 😢, and they're also close to the school. The one-bedroom has a balcony and allows pets, plus there's a park specifically for walking dogs 😍. But the shared two-bedroom two-bathroom's cost performance is really high. Can anyone tell me how to choose? (Feeling so conflicted 😭)
