This is a 1B1B layout, with an area of 53 square meters, located on the 3rd floor. The furniture is complete, and there's a gym, a cinema room, and a bicycle storage area. The rooms are spacious, with a balcony, and pets are welcome. The subway station is right next to the apartment, and it takes about 25 minutes to commute to the city center by subway.
