Anyone living in Birmingham in this apartment? How's the feeling?

I really want this apartment, but I'm not sure about the living experience. I heard from friends in Birmingham that there's a bus stop right at the apartment entrance, and it's just a 20-minute bus ride to the city center. Around the apartment, there are lots of small shops, convenience stores, pharmacies, ATMs, and supermarkets. Within a 7-minute walk, you can reach a Chinese supermarket, a Korean supermarket, Tesco Express, and Sainsbury's convenience store. There are also over ten restaurants, takeaway shops, and more. Anyone stayed there before? 🤔
