Finally found an apartment with an average cost of over 300 per person. It includes furniture and bills, basically a grab-and-move-in situation. - The apartment is located in City, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, various delicacies, supermarkets, and bus stops. Anyway, it's convenient for both travel and daily life. - It's close to UQ and QUT, perfect for the kids' schooling. Seriously considering this for 2023. Plus, it has an ensuite. Not a bad option for shared living with a few people~ 🏡
