🤔A studio is not uncommon, but finding a studio with a balcony is not easy. The key is the excellent location. 🚌The apartment is surrounded by 2 bus stations, with a 6-minute bus ride to UQ and a 15-minute walk to QUT. 🏪Major supermarkets and shopping centers are all around the apartment. On the ground floor, there is a gym, study room, and lounge, and regular social events are held 🍻 perfect for social butterflies~ ⏳Reservations for next year will be open soon.
