Slight neat freak living in a London flat with an ensuite and an independent washing machine.

Although I don't have a strong obsession with cleanliness, I still can't accept a building with only one laundry room. It's hard to find student apartments in London that have washing machines. So, to overcome this psychological barrier, I ended up choosing an ensuite flat with a shared laundry room. The main advantage is that bills are included, and since I won't be staying in London for a full year, I can choose a rental period of 4 to 51 weeks. Staying for 40 weeks would allow me to return home. Oh, and this place is conveniently located near QM and UCL's East campuses, making it easy for students in the East area to commute to school.
