There are no taller buildings around, providing a great view of the entire city. You can enjoy the nice scenery even from inside the apartment. The customer service downstairs also includes Chinese staff, so communication is not a barrier. - There is a bus stop near the apartment, and a ferry within a 10-minute walk, providing direct access to the City, QUT, and UQ.
