Recently, apartments in London have become quite surreal. The expensive ones are ridiculously pricey, and it's hard to find affordable ones. However, today, my senior student is subletting a 3b2b apartment for an average of £270 per person, which almost made my jaw drop. 🏠Location: Close to the outskirts of the city center, within a 2km radius, with a gym, bars, burgers, and coffee shops nearby. 🚌🚇: A ten-minute walk to the nearest tube station, and a 70-meter distance to the bus stop. 🏫: A 15-minute tube ride to UCL, 20 minutes to LSE, and 22 minutes to KCL. The interior decoration style is a bit plain, but there are no unnecessary clutter, and the living room can accommodate personal belongings. 🈲️No damaging the property and pets are allowed.
