Guys, how did a whole building suddenly become available in Eu Nan Yuan?

It will be available around July 21st, which is quite urgent. This is really unbelievable, especially considering the great location. It's only half an hour to Curtin University, forty minutes to Singapore National University, Kaplan, NAFA, LASALLE, and SMU are all within 20 minutes. It's a must-have for studying abroad together.
