Canberra rental house real shots, but what kind of layout is this? I don't understand.

The description is about the available housing in Canberra, Just Residence. The layout seems a bit strange, though. 🙈 If it's a studio, 😓 why is there no kitchen? If it's an ensuite, 😓 why are there multiple refrigerators? Upon closer inspection, oh, it is indeed an ensuite. 😂 The refrigerator is for my personal use. It looks quite spacious. 🙈 And this bed, it's for two people, right? It looks so big! So this is how my room looks like. Now I feel relieved~
