Study abroad or pursue a higher degree? Please help my child! 🆘

Sisters, currently facing a dilemma, not sure whether to pursue further studies or study abroad. Worried that studying abroad might mean not eating well, not sleeping well, and not having a good time! What should I do? Wah wah wah.
