UCL East: It's obvious, it's over.
Last year, a newly built campus was completed, unlike the other older campuses, where the surrounding apartments have already been developed.
The new campus is unfortunately neglected and unloved.
Recently, I often hear students complain, "It's over, I have no idea where to find a place to live."
Sigh 🥺, I have compiled the top three popular apartments chosen by senior students last year, which you can still consider.

1. Stratford One
It's close, only 900 meters away, convenient for walking commute.
However, there are no studios, only ensuite rooms.
The windows are quite large, and the rooms come with private bathrooms.
The apartment facilities are quite sufficient for daily living.

2. Aldgate Residence
It requires public transportation for commuting, which is a downside.
There are no ensuite rooms available now, but there are studios and twin rooms.
It's quite close to Whitechapel, and the surrounding area offers a more vibrant lifestyle compared to living next to the university.
The rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, ensuring good natural light.

3. Spring Mews
I still don't understand why such a nice apartment has such a strange name...
Similarly, it requires public transportation, but it's slightly closer than the previous one.
Studios are no longer available, but there are ensuite rooms.
Many KCL students have inquired about this apartment, so maybe your neighbor is from KCL, haha.
The apartment has a swimming pool, which is quite unique.

If you are okay with commuting using public transportation, there are a few more options to consider.
These three apartments have their own characteristics and have had high occupancy rates in previous years, so they can serve as a reference. Feel free to ask about others as well. 🙋
