Today, I've found a place for you guys. It's 400 per week, but the apartment is in a great location. You can walk to the school, UCL main campus, KCL, LSE, all within walking distance. If you don't feel like walking, the subway is also very close, so we can take the subway to school. Moreover, the apartment is nicely decorated, with a style that both guys and girls can appreciate. Another good thing about this apartment, in my opinion, is that the lease is quite flexible. It's not like other apartments with fixed leases of 44 or 51 weeks. We can choose any lease term between 25 to 51 weeks. So even if we want to go back to our home country during the summer or leave early, we don't have to worry about the house being empty or having trouble subletting it later.
