I've been really stressed out recently looking for a house. I heard that apartment prices increase later on.

I'm torn between choosing an ensuite or a studio. I feel like cooking in a studio might leave cooking odors in the room, and living alone might feel a bit lonely. On the other hand, an ensuite would provide some separation, but I'm worried about potentially having difficulties getting along with foreign roommates since everyone has different habits. Ensuite rooms do have lower prices and come with private bathrooms. I would appreciate some advice from fellow potato friends. I'm feeling anxious.
