This year, KCL students have surprisingly similar tastes.
Many students have been asking about these three apartments, so now I can pretty much tell what they're going to ask just by looking at the pictures they post, haha.
Let's talk about them together today:
——
✅Wellington Lodge
Located in Zone 1 of London, no need to worry about convenience in the surrounding area.
It's really close to KCL Waterloo campus.
Oxford Circus shopping area is also not too far away.
Facilities are good, such as laundry room and study room.
I'll mention the bike storage as well, which reduces the chances of theft.
That's a British specialty, you know [doge].
🔎Layout: studio and ensuite
Ensuite has its own bathroom. If you want to save money and don't cook much, you can choose this layout.
The layout of the studio is nice, with a small partition in the bedroom that makes it look comfortable. There are also large windows, so the lighting is okay.
💰Price: starting from £320 per week

✅Moonraker Point
Also located in Zone 1 of London, to be more specific, it's between Southwark and Borough tube stations, with two tube stations nearby, so no need to worry about transportation.
The apartment is surrounded by landmarks such as Tower Bridge, The Shard, and Shakespeare's Globe Theatre... This location is really worth investing in.
It's also convenient for commuting to various KCL campuses, such as Guys, Waterloo, Strand, and St. Thomas.
🔎Layout: ensuite and studio
Similarly, the ensuite has its own bathroom.
💰Price: starting from £285 per week
It's known for its cost-effectiveness.

✅Drapery Place
A popular apartment in Zone 1 of London.
It has air conditioning! ❗️ It has air conditioning! ❗️ It has air conditioning! ❗️
No one can resist air conditioning in the summer, haha.
It's a bit further from KCL and requires taking the subway, but luckily, the Tower Hill and Aldgate East tube stations are right outside the door. It only takes a few stops to get there, so it won't waste too much time.
Sainsbury's Local supermarket, Tian Tian Supermarket, YOYO Supermarket, Waitrose, Tesco, and Co-op are all nearby, just a short walk away. And there's Spitalfields Market, where there's plenty of delicious food.
I'll also mention that they can collect packages for you.
🔎Layout: ensuite, studio, and twin studio
The twin studio has a small partition between the two beds.
In the ensuite, you can choose whether to live with someone of the same gender, and there's a vacuum cleaner in the common area.
The TV in the studio room can be connected to a computer for screen projection, and you can get a vacuum cleaner from the front desk.
💰Price: £350 per week
