Each room is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair, allowing you to effortlessly immerse yourself in the life of this beautiful city with just your luggage. The bathroom features sandy-colored tiles, a walk-in shower, and a rain showerhead, providing you with a comfor bathing experience. Do you enjoy cooking? Our kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a washer-dryer combo for your convenience. The balcony/veranda is furnished with a and two chairs, enabling you to enjoy leisurely outdoor moments. The apartment is currently still under renovation, but it is expected to be ready for you on the written move-in date, giving you the opportunity to be the first resident of this shared apartment. Please note that the interior images are samples from our other apartments, all of which maintain the same high standards, so you can expect equally elegant furnishings. Additionally, the apartment includes a lockable basement compartment to ensure your privacy. You can fully enjoy watching your favorite TV shows or relax in the warm bathtub without worrying about electricity and heating costs, as these expenses are included in the rent. You will only need to share the internet and broadcasting costs with your roommate.
