"The Toy Factory" is our latest sustainable co-living center, comprising 14 brand-new apartments spread across 5 floors. All apartments are furnished with high-quality furniture and amenities. Apartment 12, located on the 4th floor, features 4 spacious bedrooms (overlooking the courtyard), 2 modern shared bathrooms, a bright living room (with a seating area), a dining area, and a modern open-plan kitchen. The living room includes a spacious south-facing balcony. The buildings basement includes a private garage, providing convenient access for (electric) bicycles, cargo bikes, and car-sharing services. Private parking spaces are also available on request (for an additional fee).
