Toy Factory 7

"The Toy Factory" is our brand new co-living center with a sustainability focus, featuring 14 newly built apartments spread over five floors. All apartments are furnished with high-quality furniture and amenities. Apartment 7 on the third floor boasts four spacious bedrooms overlooking a tranquil courtyard and is equipped with two modern shared bathrooms. The bright living room includes a seating area, dining area, and a contemporary open kitchen, and it also features a large south-facing balcony that offers a delightful space to relax. The buildings basement has a private garage for convenient access to (electric) bicycles, cargo bikes, and car-sharing services. Additionally, private parking spaces are available upon request (for an extra fee).
