Toy Factory 13

"The Toy Factory" is our newly launched co-living center with a priority on sustainability, featuring 14 brand new apartments spread across five floors. All apartments are equipped with high-quality furniture and amenities. Apartment 13, located on the fifth floor, boasts four spacious bedrooms, with two facing the courtyard and the other two overlooking the street. The apartment includes two modern shared bathrooms, a bright living room with a lounge area, a dining area, and a contemporary open-plan kitchen. The living room opens up to a spacious terrace that faces the courtyard. The buildings basement offers a private garage, providing convenient access to (electric) bikes, cargo bikes, and car-sharing services. Private parking spaces are also available upon request for an additional fee.
