Toy Factory 11

"The Toy Factory" is our newly launched co-living center with sustainability as its top priority. The building features 14 brand-new apartments spread over five floors. All apartments are equipped with high-quality furniture and amenities. Apartment 11 is located on the fourth floor, featuring four spacious bedrooms that overlook a peaceful street. It includes two modern shared bathrooms, a bright dining area, and a contemporary open-plan kitchen. The living room boasts a generous balcony that faces south. The building also offers a private garage in the basement, providing easy access for (electric) bicycles, cargo bikes, and car-sharing services. Private parking is available upon request for an additional fee.
