The "Toy Factory" is our newly launched co-living center with a focus on sustainability, offering 14 brand new apartments spread across 5 floors. All apartments are equipped with high-quality furniture and amenities. Apartment 2, located on the ground floor, features 4 spacious bedrooms overlooking a tranquil street, as well as 2 modern shared bathrooms, a dining area, and an open-plan kitchen. The living room includes a generous balcony facing south. The buildings basement contains a private garage, providing direct access for (electric) bikes, cargo bikes, or car-sharing services. Private parking spaces are also available upon request for an additional fee.
