Toy Factory 9

"The Toy Factory" is our newly established co-living center that advocates for sustainable development, featuring 14 brand new apartments spread across five floors. All apartments are equipped with high-quality furniture and appliances. Apartment 9, located on the third floor, offers four spacious bedrooms overlooking a tranquil courtyard, along with two modern shared bathrooms. The bright living room includes a comfor lounge area, a dining area, and a contemporary open-plan kitchen, as well as a large south-facing balcony. The buildings basement houses a private garage, providing convenient access for (electric) bikes, cargo bikes, and car-sharing services. Private parking spaces are also available upon request for an additional fee.
