Toy Factory 3

"The Toy Factory" is our newly launched co-living center that prioritizes sustainability, consisting of 14 brand new apartments spread over five floors. All apartments are equipped with high-quality furniture and amenities. Apartment No. 3, located on the ground floor, features four spacious bedrooms facing the courtyard, along with two modern shared bathrooms. The bright living room includes a lounge area, dining space, and a contemporary open-plan kitchen, as well as a large south-facing balcony. The buildings basement offers a private garage, providing convenient access for (electric) bicycles, cargo bikes, and car-sharing services. Private parking spaces are also available upon request (for an additional fee).
