"The Toy Factory" is our brand new co-living center with a priority on sustainability, featuring 14 newly-built apartments spread over five floors. All apartments are furnished with high-quality furniture and amenities. Apartment 8 on the third floor boasts four spacious bedrooms facing a quiet street, two modern shared bathrooms, a bright dining area, and a contemporary open-plan kitchen. The living room includes a large south-facing balcony. The buildings basement offers a private garage, convenient for the use of (electric) bicycles, cargo bikes, and car-sharing services. Private parking spaces are also available upon request for an additional fee.
