Toy Factory 4

"The Toy Factory" is our newly launched co-living center that prioritizes sustainability, featuring 14 brand new apartments spread over five floors. These apartments are all equipped with high-quality furniture and amenities. Apartment 4 is located on the second floor and includes four spacious bedrooms facing the courtyard, along with two modern shared bathrooms. The bright living room features a lounge area, dining area, and an open-plan modern kitchen, and is complemented by a spacious south-facing balcony. The buildings basement includes a private garage, making it convenient for you to use (electric) bikes, cargo bikes, and car-sharing services. Private parking spaces are also available upon request (for an additional fee).
