Each room is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair, so all you need to bring is your luggage and you can immediately enjoy life in this beautiful city. The bathrooms feature sandy-colored tiles, walk-in showers, and rain showers, providing you with a comfor bathing experience every day. Do you enjoy cooking? Our kitchen comes with a dishwasher, and a washer + dryer, and theres a with two chairs on the balcony/terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun. The apartment is still under renovation, and it is expected to be fully ready by your written move-in date, giving you the opportunity to be the first resident of this shared apartment. Please note that the interior photos are only samples from our other apartments. All the units maintain the same high standards, and you can expect equally beautiful furnishings! The apartment also includes a lockable basement storage room. You can enjoy watching your favorite TV shows or taking relaxing hot baths without worrying about electricity and heating costs, as these are included in the rent. You will only need to share the internet and broadcasting fees with your roommates.
