Each room is fully equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair, allowing you to quickly settle life in this beautiful city with just your suitcase. The bathroom features sandy-colored tiles, a walk-in shower, and a rainfall showerhead, making your bathing time even more enjoyable. If you love cooking, you will appreciate our kitchen, which includes a dishwasher and a washer-dryer combo. In addition, the balcony/veranda is furnished with a and two chairs, perfect for relaxation and leisure. The apartment is still undergoing renovations but will be ready before the written move-in date, giving you the opportunity to be the first resident of this shared apartment. Please note that the interior photos are samples from our other apartments, and to ensure consistency, you can expect equally exquisite furniture! Additionally, the apartment features a lockable basement storage unit. You can enjoy your favorite TV shows or a cozy bath without worrying about electricity and heating costs, as these expenses are included in the rent.
