How to refund a deposit

Legally, we have up to three months after the contract ends to refund the deposit. This usually takes less time, but always depends on the following factors: International transfers Debts Move-out time

How to renew the lease

Typically, the apartment will email tenants before the lease ends to inquire about renewing. If you wish to renew, you can respond to the email from the apartment.

How to cancel a lease

A "flexible" lease can be terminated by notifying the apartment via email three months before the termination date. A "fixed" lease does not allow for early termination.

How to sublet

Subleasing requires finding a new tenant and paying a certain amount of sublease fee, and the remaining lease term must exceed 6 months.
