How to refund a deposit
After the application is submitted, the official website holds the order for 5 days, and the application fee must be paid within this period. The application fee must be paid using a visa or master card credit card. Once the application fee

Please notify the apartment via email in advance for lease renewal If changing rooms for renewal, a new contract is required, hence the application fee must be paid again

- On weekends, there's no student assistant on duty; they only work on weekdays after staff leave at 4:30 or 4 PM, usually staying until 8 PM. Evenings and weekends are handled by security, but security only deals with security-related tasks and won't assist with anything outside this scope.
