**Additional Information**
1) Lease start dates can be the 1st or 16th of each month, with end dates being the 15th or the end of the month.
2) Our contract fees are charged bi-weekly. This means if your move-in date is between the 1st and the 15th of the month, full rent will be charged; if your move-in date is from the 16th to the end of the month, half a month’s rent will be charged.
3) Once the booking is confirmed and all documents are received, we will send the lease agreement via email. You will need to sign and return it to us within 48 hours.
4) Registration is possible; required documents will be provided after move-in.
5) Move-in is only available from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM. If you need to move in on weekends or public holidays, a small fee of 100 euros may be charged with a prior request.
6) Proof of liability insurance is required during your stay and must be submitted within 15 days of the move-in date. We recommend searching for “Haftpflichtversicherung” for more information.
7) Final cleaning fee: 200 euros.
