How to refund a deposit
Advance notice must be given to the apartment for renewal If changing rooms for renewal, a new contract must be signed, and an application fee must be paid

Tenants can choose to renew directly with the apartment or contact an awehome consultant for assistance

After booking: Three-year contracts can be terminated or sublet. One-year contracts can be sublet. Six-month contracts cannot be terminated or sublet! (Shortest six-month contract, available only to students for addresses)

- Is there a staff at the front desk on weekends?
- There are no staff on weekends; only the student assistants are on duty after the staff leave at 4:30 or 4 PM on weekdays, usually until 8 PM. During evenings and weekends, security staff are on duty, but their responsibilities are limited and they won't handle matters outside their scope.
