Building Description The property is only a 7-minute bus ride from City University, with convenient access to multiple bus routes. It takes 19 minutes to reach Baptist University, requiring 4 bus stops. The journey to Polytechnic University takes 26 minutes, while traveling to the University of Hong Kong takes 40 minutes, including a bus transfer to the subway. Going to Chinese University requires 54 minutes. Facility distribution within the building: the 3rd floor is designated entirely for male dormitories, while the 4th floor is for female dormitories. Each room is equipped with comprehensive living facilities, including a refrigerator, a washer-dryer combo, a door with an independent electronic keypad lock, a microwave, a cooking stove, a range hood, a water heater, and an electric kettle. The main entrance is also secured with a separate electronic keypad lock. The rent includes a monthly utility allowance of HKD 100; any excess must be covered by the tenant. Additionally, a prepayment of HKD 300 for utilities is required each month, totaling HKD 3,600 for the year. Regarding new user reservations and lease renewals, the apartments will prioritize original tenants, with the renewal rights available until December 18.
