**Apartment Services** 1. High-speed Wi-Fi internet service is provided; 2. The apartment is furnished with essentials including a bed, a desk, a wardrobe, air conditioning, a washer-dryer combo, a refrigerator, and more; 3. Customer service hours are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 10 AM to 8 PM, available for telephone inquiries and WeChat support; 4. Weekly cleaning service is provided for public areas. **Services Included in Management Fee** 1. Routine home maintenance: including but not limited to toilet repairs, bulb replacements, and clearing blocked drains and pipes (repairs due to intentional damage are excluded); 2. Pest control service: arranged by property management before move-in, with specific dates communicated by them; 3. Air conditioning cleaning: will be organized by property management prior to move-in; 4. Key card processing: property management will assist tenants in obtaining necessary key cards (if applicable), with required information provided by them; 5. Utility application and activation: responsible for handling the application and activation of water, electricity, and gas services, as well as billing distribution; 6. Additional services: during office hours, a security deposit of HKD 200 allows tenants to borrow a spare apartment key, which must be returned within two days. Images and videos are reference materials for similar apartment layouts in the same complex; the actual living space will be based on the chosen unit type.
