**Apartment Services** 1. Wireless internet (WIFI) service is provided. 2. The apartment is equipped with furniture, including a bed, desk, wardrobe, air conditioner, washing machine, dryer (optional two-in-one), and refrigerator. 3. Customer service hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), supporting phone inquiries and WeChat customer service. 4. Weekly cleaning service for common areas is provided. **Services Included in Management Fee** 1. Daily home maintenance: including but not limited to toilet repairs, light bulb replacements, unclogging drains, and drainage pipe issues (repairs for damage caused by tenants are not included). 2. Pest control service for rooms: scheduled by the apartment prior to move-in; the specific date will be decided by the apartment management. 3. Air conditioner cleaning: scheduled by the apartment prior to move-in. 4. Assistance in obtaining access cards: the apartment will assist tenants in obtaining access cards (if applicable); required information will be provided by the apartment. 5. Assistance with the activation of utilities (water, electricity, gas) and distribution of bills. 6. Additional services: during office hours, tenants may borrow the apartments spare key, requiring a deposit of HKD 200, which must be returned within two days. All images and videos are reference images for apartment types within the same community; actual move-in rooms will be as per the real conditions.
