Yoho Town is a luxurious residential development located in the Yau Yi Tei area of Kowloon, Hong Kong. The community is equipped with a wide range of clubhouse facilities, including a restaurant, tennis courts, both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, saunas, a gym, a billiards room, a banquet hall, a childrens play area, a reading room, and squash courts. The environment is tranquil, and 24-hour security service ensures the safety of residents. Transportation is convenient, just a few minutes walk from the Kowloon Tong Transport Centre, providing easy access to the MTR station, bus stops, minibus stops, and taxi stands. It is close to the famous Festival Walk shopping mall, which fulfills all daily needs and caters to diverse leisure and entertainment demands. It takes about 8 minutes to walk to City University of Hong Kong, approximately 20 minutes to Baptist University of Hong Kong, and just two MTR stops on the East Rail to arrive at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, with four stops to reach Chinese University of Hong Kong. Therefore, Yoho Town is truly first-rate in terms of geographical location, environment, and transportation convenience—a great opportunity not to be missed! Regarding rent, monthly payments are supported, with the monthly rent being 15% higher than the original rent, and a deposit of four months is required, using a “four-month deposit and one-month payment” model. Students must prepay two months rent when reserving their room and pay an additional three months rent before moving in. Within one month of moving in, the remaining rent must be paid via post-dated checks (students must go to the bank to apply for a checkbook after arriving in Hong Kong, with monthly deductions occurring as scheduled). All promotional activities cannot be combined, and the deposit cannot be used to offset rent. Room arrangements are randomly distributed across different buildings and floors, and specific rooms cannot be designated. Regarding the subletting policy: if an applicant wishes to apply for the transfer of dormitory services, they must pay an administrative fee of HKD 1,000. If assistance from the management company is required for subletting, a service fee equivalent to half a months rent must be paid. Before subletting, communication with the apartment manager is necessary to avoid rental losses for the apartment, and relevant information must be provided for the apartments verification and consent. The new tenant must sign a new contract with the apartment, and the deposit issue should be negotiated between the previous and new tenants.     安全措施挺到位的，不过有时候会遇到没热水的情况。烟雾报警器的声音太刺耳了，网络速度还算可以，但隔音效果就一般般。防火门关起来的声音也挺大的。整体来说入住体验还是不错的。

    前台的服务人员真的很友好。有一次我急着需要打印东西，他们立马就给我帮忙，感觉非常暖心。 交通方面也很便利，走路两分钟就能到公交站，差不多十分钟就能到市中心，去火车站也只要15分钟。
