**Property Description** Located just 600 meters from Mong Kok MTR Station, this property offers convenient transportation and complete living amenities. **Leasing Policy:** - Monthly payments are accepted, with a monthly rent that is the original rent plus 15%. - The deposit is equivalent to 4 months rent, with a payment structure of 4 months deposit and 1 month’s rent paid in advance. - Students wishing to book in advance must pay 2 months rent upfront, followed by an additional 3 months rent before moving in. - Within one month of moving in, the remaining rent must be paid by post-dated checks (students can go to the bank to set up a checkbook with 12 monthly checks to be automatically debited). - All discounts are non-combinable and the deposit cannot be used to offset rent. **Room Arrangement:** - Room assignments are random across various buildings and floors, and specific locations cannot be requested. - Pictures and videos are for reference of the same unit type in the complex; the actual room may vary.
