Each four-person room includes personal study desks and wardrobes, along with complete facilities such as washing machines, microwaves, and refrigerators.** **Convenient transportation is available, with the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station just a 5-minute walk away, 5 minutes to Jordan and Austin MTR stations, and 1 minute to the cross-border bus terminus.** - **Providing breakfast and dinner on weekdays, as well as late-night fruit snacks.** - **The first to third floors of the building feature communal activity areas, classrooms, and a leisure terrace dining area;** - **The 5th to 23rd floors consist of private rooms, each equipped with individual elevator cards and balconies. Four people share a room with bunk bed designs, complete household appliances, and bi-weekly cleaning services.** - **Professional wardens and security staff monitor the premises 24 hours a day to ensure the safety of the children; life and academic instructors will supervise students’ studies and organize daily extracurricular activities, allowing children to enjoy a relaxed and enjoyable after-school time amidst their rigorous studies.** **Payment options include annual or semi-annual payments, with monthly rent set at 13,500 RMB. If opting for quarterly payments, the monthly rent will be 15,000 RMB.
