**Rental Policy Explanation** Welcome to our property. We support monthly rent payment, which requires an additional fee of 15% on the original rent. The deposit amounts to four months rent and follows a pattern of paying one month’s rent while providing a four-month deposit. If a student books a room, they are required to pay two months rent upfront and the remaining three months rent before moving in. Within one month after moving in, the remaining rental periods checks must be submitted (students are required to open a checkbook at a bank upon arrival, issuing checks for a 12-month period, with the bank automatically deducting the rent each month). Please note that this plan does not offer any discounts, and the deposit cannot be used to offset the rent. The special rental units displayed below are available for a limited time only. Specific room types will be arranged based on actual sales within the same building and cannot be predetermined in terms of the exact floor or block. **Subletting Policy** To apply for a dormitory transfer, the applicant must pay an administrative fee of HKD 1,000. If the transfer is successfully facilitated by the management company, the applicant must pay a service fee equivalent to half a months rent as an administrative fee. Please communicate with the apartment manager in advance to ensure that no rental loss occurs. The tenant must provide documentation and obtain the apartments verification and approval before proceeding with the sublease. The apartment will sign a new contract with the new tenant, and any agreements regarding the deposit between the previous tenant and the new tenant must be negotiated directly. **Community Overview** Seaside South is located near the B1 exit of Hung Hom MTR station, at the intersection of the East Rail Line and West Rail Line, providing convenient transportation.
