After moving in, 11 checks are to be submitted (in the form of pre-authorization). For doctoral students, an annual payment option and another payment method is available: 2 months deposit, 3 months rent (quarterly payment, with a 5% increase in rent). Pay 2 months deposit at the time of booking, with 3 months rent due 7 days prior to move-in, then 3 checks to be submitted after moving in (in the form of pre-authorization). **Deposit or Annual Rent Payment Methods**: 1. Submit documentation for registration (including images of offer letter, ID, and HK-Macau travel permit) and fill out rental information. 2. Pay a deposit. 3.
