### Check-In Instructions **Check-In Time:** From 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For other times, please make an appointment in advance. **Check-In Process:** 1. Present identification for registration. 2. Sign the official lease agreement and make payment. 3. Receive the unit keys or key cards. **Luggage Storage Arrangements Before Check-In:** 1. Please notify the store of luggage details 3 days prior to your check-in, including: unit number, recipients full name and contact information, luggage arrival date, tracking number, courier company, and luggage size. 2. The storage fee is HKD 100 per luggage item per day; the exact price is based on the luggage size, as quoted by the service desk staff. **Items Provided in the Unit:** 1. Basic dining utensils (chopsticks, knives, forks, spoons, pots, frying pans, kettle). 2. Bath towels and hand towels (quantity based on number of occupants or at least 4 sets), 2 floor towels. 3. Television, TV cabinet, dining , 4 dining chairs, hairdryer (located in the TV cabinet). 4. Microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioning (one in the dining area and each room), wardrobe (one in each room). 5. One single bed (90cm x 180cm), two double beds (120cm x 180cm). 6. Pillows, bed linens, duvets (double size 205cm x 240cm, single size 160cm x 240cm). 7. Wi-Fi service. **Items Not Provided in the Unit:** 1. Daily necessities, such as shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes, cleaning supplies, etc. 2. Cleaning tools. 3. Toilet paper (provided at check-in, not replenished thereafter). **For Repairs or Inquiries Regarding the Use of Appliances or Fixtures in the Unit:** Please contact the service desk staff between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. For other times, you may leave a message or contact the service desk administrator for follow-up. ### Basic Cleaning Services: 1. Change of bed linens. 2. Basic cleaning of the unit. 3. Tenant-purchased furniture and bedding will not be cleaned or replaced. 4. Provided towels will not be replaced and must be cleaned by the tenant. 5. For additional cleaning services, please request at the service desk; each service is charged at HKD 300. ### Gym Reservation Procedure: 1. Contact the service desk staff to make a reservation. 2. Each reservation is for one hour. 3. Each unit can reserve the gym once per day. 4. A maximum of 4 people can use the gym at the same time. 5. Gym hours are from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. 6. Cleaning staff will enter the gym periodically for cleaning. **Important Notes:** The photos and videos provided are reference images of similar unit layouts; the actual room will be confirmed at check-in.
