This apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Admiralty MTR Station, providing direct access to the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, and Chinese University of Hong Kong, making it very convenient for transportation. 2. The apartment is well-equipped with amenities, including a gym, study rooms, a garden, a barbecue area (reservation and fee required), an eSports entertainment room, and a cafeteria (tenants enjoy a 10% discount). 3. The monthly management fee is 10% of the rent and covers water, electricity, internet, and biweekly cleaning services for common areas, as well as bed linens. The electricity bill is capped at HKD 1,500 per person, with any excess deducted from the deposit. 4. The apartment has eight stories and no elevator. Each floor is equipped with 6 washing machines, 6 kitchens, and 6 refrigerators for the convenience of residents. 5. The minimum rental period is three months.
