(3) For a quarterly rent payment, the deposit is three months rent (available for employees or returning customers only). Rent must be paid before moving in (26.8.1), with the following payment options: (1) A one-time payment of rent allows you to enjoy the annual payment price and related discounts provided upon logging the platform. (2) For a six-month rent payment, the price adjusts to 100% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. (3) For a quarterly rent payment, the price adjusts to 105% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. (4) For a monthly rent payment, the price adjusts to 118% of the annual payment price, with no discounts. 3. All-inclusive fees, including management and miscellaneous charges, are outlined as follows: (1) All utilities (water, electricity, gas) and internet fees, as well as government rates and land rent, are included, with free use of appliances; electricity/gas charges are capped at $1500/year per household (for the entire unit, not per room). Upon lease termination, utility charges will be averaged based on the contracted rental period (not the actual occupancy period) and the number of residents. (2) Year-round free home maintenance and repair team service, valued at $15,000. (3) Monthly cleaning of public areas, valued at $12,000. (4) Brand new bed linens provided upon move-in, valued at $1,000. (5) No management fees charged, valued at $8,000.
