### Check-in Information **Check-in Time:** Daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For other times, please make an appointment in advance. **Check-in Process:** 1. Provide identification for registration. 2. Sign the rental agreement and complete payment. 3. Collect the room key or access card. **Luggage Storage Arrangements:** 1. Please inform us of the detailed information regarding your luggage at least 3 days prior to your check-in, including: accommodation unit, recipients full name and contact information, expected arrival date and time of the luggage, tracking number, courier company, and luggage volume. 2. The luggage storage fee is HKD $100 per item per day, and the exact fee will be quoted by the service desk staff based on luggage volume. **In-Room Facilities and Supplies:** 1. Basic dining utensils (chopsticks, knives, forks, spoons, cookware, kettle) 2. Bath towels and hand towels (provided according to the number of guests or at least 4 sets), 2 bath mats 3. Television and TV cabinet, dining and 4 chairs, hairdryer (located in the TV cabinet) 4. Microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioning (1 unit in each room and dining area), wardrobe (1 in each room) 5. One single bed (90 x 180 cm), two double beds (120 x 180 cm) 6. Pillows, bed linens, and comforters (double comforter 205 x 240 cm, single comforter 160 x 240 cm) 7. Wi-Fi service **Items Not Provided in the Room:** 1. Daily necessities such as shower gel, shampoo, toiletries, and cleaning supplies 2. Cleaning tools 3. Toilet paper (provided at check-in but not replenished) **Facility Maintenance and Usage Inquiries:** If you require maintenance or have queries regarding the use of facilities or appliances in the room, please contact the service desk staff between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. You can leave a message during non-office hours, and our staff will follow up. **Basic Cleaning Service Items:** 1. Changing bed linens 2. Basic cleaning of the room 3. Cleaning or replacement services are not provided for furniture or bedding purchased by guests 4. Towels provided will not be replaced; guests are responsible for cleaning them 5. For additional cleaning services, requests can be made at the service desk for a fee of HKD 300 per service. **Gym Reservation Rules:** 1. Please contact the service desk staff to make a reservation. 2. Each reservation allows usage for one hour. 3. Each unit may reserve once per day. 4. A maximum of 4 people can use the gym at the same time. 5. Gym hours are from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. 6.
