**Annual Payment Rental Process** 1) After confirming your intention to rent, pay 2 months rent as a deposit within 1 day of receiving the invoice to secure the room. 2) Sign the contract and pay the total rent (for 12 months) within 3 days of making the deposit. **Semi-Annual Payment Rental Process** 1) After confirming your intention to rent, pay 2 months rent as a deposit within 1 day of receiving the invoice to secure the room. 2) Sign the contract and pay the first installment (for the first 6 months rent) within 3 days of making the deposit. 3) Pay the second installment (for the remaining 6 months rent) by January 15, 2026. **Quarterly Payment Rental Process** 1) After confirming your intention to rent, pay 4 months rent as a deposit within 1 day of receiving the invoice to secure the room. 2) Sign the contract and pay the first installment (for the first 3 months rent) within 3 days of making the deposit.
