**Cost Details** 1. A deposit is required when booking: (1) For one-time rent payment, the deposit equals two months rent. If the full payment is made within 30 days after the deposit, you can enjoy a discounted rate. (2) For half-year rent payment, the deposit equals three months rent. (3) For quarterly rent payment, the deposit equals three months rent (only for working professionals or existing clients). (4) For monthly rent payment, the deposit equals three months rent (only for working professionals). 2. Rent must be paid before moving in (26.8.1), with options as follows: (1) One-time payment of rent allows you to enjoy the annual payment rates and discounts available on the platform. (2) Half-year payment will adjust the price to 100% of the annual payment rate, with no discounts. (3) Quarterly payment will adjust the price to 105% of the annual payment rate, with no discounts. (4) Monthly payment will adjust the price to 118% of the annual payment rate, with no discounts. 3. Rent includes all management fees and miscellaneous expenses, detailed as follows: (1) All water, electricity, gas, internet fees, rates, and land rent are fully covered, with free use of appliances. The electricity/gas fee cap is HKD 1,500 per household per year (Note: HKD 1,500 applies to the entire apartment, not per room. Upon lease termination, utility bills will be prorated according to the rental period and the number of residents). (2) Free home maintenance and on-site service are provided throughout the year, valued at HKD 15,000. (3) Monthly cleaning of common areas, valued at HKD 12,000. (4) New bedding is provided upon move-in, valued at HKD 1,000. (5) No management fee is charged, valued at HKD 8,000. (6) Emergency locksmith service is offered at a discounted price of HKD 800 per occasion. 4. Referral Rewards: (1) You will receive a cash rebate of HKD 300 for each successful referral of a friend. (2) For referring two friends, you will receive a special edition Octopus card. 5. Other cashback offers: (1) A cash rebate of HKD 300 is available for scheduling an online property viewing. (2) After moving in, providing a positive review on the Uhomes platform and sharing it on Xiaohongshu will earn you a cash rebate of HKD 300. Note: The images and videos are reference images for similar units in the same complex; the actual room provided upon move-in will prevail.
