**Cost Details** 1. Deposit required at the time of booking: (1) For one-time payment of rent, the deposit is equivalent to two months rent. If full payment is made within 30 days after paying the booking fee, a discount at the base price is available. (2) For six-month rent payment, the deposit is equivalent to three months rent. (3) For quarterly rent payment, the deposit is equivalent to three months rent (limited to working professionals or returning clients). (4) For monthly rent payment, the deposit is equivalent to three months rent (limited to working professionals). 2. Rent payment must be made before move-in, with the following payment methods: (1) A one-time payment benefits from the platforms annual pricing and discounts. (2) Six-month rent payment will adjust to 100% of the annual price, with no discounts available. (3) Quarterly rent payment will adjust to 105% of the annual price, with no discounts available. (4) Monthly rent payment will adjust to 118% of the annual price, with no discounts available. 3. All-inclusive fees covering management and miscellaneous costs, including specific services as follows: (1) Water, electricity, gas, and internet fees are fully included. Rates and land rent are free, and appliances are available for free use. Electricity and gas costs are capped at HKD 1,500 per household per year (not per room). Upon moving out, utility bills will be divided based on the contracted lease period (not the actual occupancy period) and the number of residents. (2) Year-round free home maintenance services, with a value of HKD 15,000 for on-site maintenance team services. (3) Monthly cleaning of common areas, valued at HKD 12,000. (4) Brand new bedding and linens provided upon move-in, valued at HKD 1,000. (5) No management fees, valued at HKD 8,000.
