**Fee Details** 1. **Deposit Information**: (1) For a one-time payment of rent, the deposit is equivalent to two months rent. If the full payment is made within 30 days after the deposit is paid, a discounted rate will apply. (3) For clients on a quarterly payment plan (limited to working professionals or returning customers), the deposit is equivalent to three months rent. (4) For clients on a monthly payment plan (limited to working professionals), the deposit is equivalent to three months rent. 2. **Rent Payment Before Move-In** (26.8.1): (1) For a one-time payment of rent, clients can enjoy annual payment pricing and discounts available on the platform. (2) For a six-month rent payment plan, the price is 100% of the annual rate, with no discounts offered. (3) For a quarterly rent payment plan, the price is 105% of the annual rate, with no discounts offered. (4) For a monthly rent payment plan, the price is 118% of the annual rate, with no discounts offered. 3. **All-Inclusive Management and Miscellaneous Fees**, covering the following services: (1) All-inclusive utilities (water, electricity, gas), internet fees, property rates, and ground rent, with free use of household appliances. The electricity/gas expense is capped at $1500 per household per year (for the entire unit, not calculated per room). Upon termination of the lease, utility bills will be equally divided based on the contract period (not actual occupancy duration) and the number of residents.
