**Cost Details** 1. A deposit is required when booking: (1) For full rental payment in one go, the deposit is equivalent to two months rent. A discount for early payment can be obtained if the full amount is paid within 30 days of the deposit. (2) For semi-annual rental payment, the deposit is equivalent to three months rent. (3) For quarterly rental payment, the deposit is equivalent to three months rent (limited to working professionals or existing clients). (4) For monthly rental payment, the deposit is equivalent to three months rent (limited to working professionals). 2. Before moving in (26.8.1), rent must be paid with the following options: (1) A one-time full rental payment allows you to enjoy the annual payment pricing and discounts on the platform. (2) For semi-annual rental payment, the price is adjusted to 100% of the annual rate, with no discounts. (3) For quarterly rental payment, the price is adjusted to 105% of the annual rate, with no discounts.
